These are from August Baking Studio, Yam Lotus Seed Paste Teochew-styled Mooncake with Single Yolk. The outer layer isn't very flaky and to my liking, inside the skin is an entire yam filling and also a whole yolk inside. Yum....they also have many various flavour of mooncake for your picking.
